Builder Closeout New Home Construction with Incentives – Port St Lucie
Veranda Preserve is a new construction community of single family homes in Port St Lucie on Becker Rd east of the Florida Turnpike.
Lennar Builders offer homebuyers 3 single-family home collections to choose from that feature spacious one- and two-story floor plans with an All Inclusive package, and energy-efficient construction and modern designs. Residents will also enjoy exclusive resort-style amenities and active social activities.
Amenities: Amenities include resort-style pool, kid’s pool, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce court, event lawn and outdoor seating areas, and open courtyards. The Clubhouse features state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics studio and multiple gathering rooms for card games, arts and craft and other activiites. The community will also offer plenty of natural space, as well as walking and biking trails.
Their initial Section includes 3 phases and which they are now completing and selling their last homes in Phase 3. All the final homes are under construction with completion dates from now until March 2023. They are offering additional upgrades in these last homes including porcelain wood-look plank floor tile throughout, NO CARPET. They will also have blinds on all the windows and their Smart-Home Package has been enhanced.
Builder Closeout Incentives: Lennar is offering $45,000 builder incentives on all their remaining 13 homes
As of January 2nd, there are now 6 homes remaining – 2 in the small collection and 4 in the medium collection. Lennar is also now preparing groundwork and site plan development for their new East Veranda Preserve and can sell lots/homes already.. They will be introducing a new plan that can accommodate an in-law suite with kitchenette and small living room. I will be providing more information and pictures.
These incentives can be used in a combination of price reduction and financing incentives if you use their lender for temporary buydowns ( 2-1 or 3-2-1), permanent buydowns ( they currently offer a buydown to 4.99%) and/ or other closing costs.
They also offer additional properties not listed in the MLS. The builders are down to their last 13 homes, which range in size from 1507 sf to 2389 sf and are situated on preserve or waterfront lots, plus some that are just on non-waterfront lots. Prices range from $373,705 to 518,625 and the $45,000 incentives apply to all of these homes.
There are 3 resales ranging from 1610 to 2325 sf and priced from $425,000 to $499,000. They are not showing in this mls search beccause they are on the Martin County MLS and not Port St Lucie.
