St Lucie, Martin and Indian River Counties
The Treasure Coast area is located north of Palm Beach County and South Florida.
It comprises St Lucie County ( Port St Lucie and Ft Pierce) Martin County (Stuart) and Indian River County (Vero Beach and Sebastian, plus some smaller towns).
It has seen substantial growth in the last few years but it also is a very nature oriented community with many parks and recreation areas, waterfront ocean access lots and boating.

Large ones have more features, but options include playgrounds, open spaces, community garden, fitness stations, boating and canoe ramps, baseball / softball fields, volleyball and basketball courts, pavilions, nature trails, rest rooms, fishing permitted, McCarty Ranch has camping grounds, and much more!
Port St Lucie does not go to the beach area, but there are many small beaches located along A1A from Stuart, Jensen Beach, Ft Pierce and areas along the beach.
Tradition
Tradition is actually a town within the City of Port St Lucie. Mattamy Homes is the main developer of the land around Tradition. They were not the original developers of the residential parcels that already exist west of I-95 and north of Tradition Parkway. They purchased the remaining 4000 acres of land to the west of the now developed area. They also now manage and oversee the Tradition Square and many of the activities and new developments. Their Neighborhoods tab only lists the residential developments that they are doing. Please refer to my other emails and MLS listings maps for other communities.
