Torino is a desirable single family neighborhood in the northwest area of Port St Lucie, known for it’s spacious home sites, nature preserves, green belts and wide open spaces. So there is a choice of resale homes and new construction or you can have a home custom built on any of the lots in Torino.

Homes in the community range from approximately 1350 sf up to 3000 sf and sell for $200,000 to 350,000. Some larger homes are available in the Estates of Windy Pines that range up to 4225 sf and sell for up to $500,000. Lots are in the $40 – 50,000 range.

The area is located north of St Lucie West up to Midway Rd, and bordered by I-95 on the west and the Florida Turnpike on the east.
