These neighborhoods are all more traditional family-oriented communities.
The Estancias are 3 small gated communities opposite Boca West and offer homes priced from $250,000 to $600,000.
Arvida’s neighborhood single family communities of Timbercreek and Millpond along St. Andrews Blvd. were developed in the 1980’s, and home prices range from $150,000 to $350,000.
