Boca Woods Country Club is a smaller community of only 645 single family homes plus 2 – 18 hole golf courses – called The Woods and The Lakes.
The community is a mandatory golf only community. There may be several Social / Tennis only available sometimes of homes that were purchased when the membership was not mandatory. Buyers of these homes may purchase only the Social / Tennis membership. There may also be a limited number of Non-Resident Executive Memberships that do not have Equity or voting privilege, they just pay the annual dues, but availability changes all the time and these memberships can be cancelled or non-renewed at any time.
The club has completed extensive renovations of the club amenities – see the video below for a great tour of the new Fitness and Spa Social Health Hub. It will also include a grand lobby, new Pro Golf and Tennis Shops and new 2nd floor fitness center and spa.
Membership Equity / Joining Fees Current 2025 – 2026:
Golf:
Membership Certificate Full Golf – $1,000 (refundable upon future sale of your home)
Initiation Fee – $149,000 (non-refundable)
Social / Tennis:
* Social membership category has basically been terminated to new purchasers. The club wants all new ones to be golf. Call me for more details on possibilities.
Annual Dues: (+ 7% sales tax)
Full Golf Annual Dues – $25,045 to $25,543 depending on payment plan (2 options to pay over 6 months or 12 months)
Associate Golf Annual Dues – $11,724 to 11,957 depending on payment plan
* family members who are over 25 still living at home or a 3rd family member living in the home, such as in-law
Executive Golf Member Annual Dues – There may be possibilities for annual non-resident golf memberships. Call me for more details.

Single Service Charge – $100 + tax
Annual Dining Room Minimum:
- Per membership – $2,000 + tax
- Per Single membership – 1000 + tax
Golf Membership Monthly Capital Assessments – $84.00 (Golf Facilities Enhancement 2018) and $98.00 (Woods Course 2023 Assessment)
Social / Tennis Monthly Capital Assessments – $50.40 (Facilities Enhancement 2018) and $58.80 (Woods Course 2023 Assessment)
