NEW UPDATED Membership Fees 2025 – 2026

Initiation Fee Increasing to $215,000 October 1st, 2026

Club Amenities

Boca West Club has 400,000 square feet of beautiful clubhouses, numerous dining venues and cocktail lounges, a fitness center and spa, card rooms, activity rooms and ballrooms. There are 4 championship golf courses, 24 HarTru tennis courts and 25 Pickleball courts in a 1,400 acre paradise.

The club has spent hundreds of million over the years in improvements and there have never been any assessments to the members.

You too may have a private resort right outside your door. With over 450,000 square feet of facilities across three clubhouses. Boca West Country Club offers you eight Dining Venues and Cocktail Lounges, an Expansive Aquatics Center, a Fitness Center & Spa, Card Rooms, Activity Rooms, and Ballrooms. This is all in addition to the 24 Tennis Courts, 25 Pickleball Courts, four championship Golf Courses and coming fall of 2026, a 9-hole short course.

A new $45 Million renovation has been completed for the entire pool area and Sports Center. These again are being completed without any cost to new or existing members. Boca West does not charge any assessments for upgrades and improvements to amenities.

Boca West Joining Fee for New Members October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026

Boca West has a base Social Membership that is Mandatory for all purchasers and members at $150,000

Non-Refundable Joining Fee $149,900

Initiation Fee of $150,000 will be increasing to $215,000 on October 1, 2026. The Club will still honor the $150,000 if a contract and application have been submitted by September 30, 2026. At this point the annual dues for October 1st are still stated as $24,454, but these fees generally increase at this time.

Annual Dues 2025 – 2026 (including 7% tax)

Social Base Membership Fee which is the minimum mandatory membership for family or individual is $24,454.85.

Add-on Memberships in addition to Base Social (annual fees, including 7% tax)

Racquet Sports – which includes Tennis & Pickleball – Family – $2,798.05 / Individual – $1,958.10
Golf includes Racquet Sports – Tennis and Pickleball – Family – $6,387.90 / Individual – $4,483.30

Additional Fees

Annual Trail Fees – applicable to private cart approved by the Club only –
Family – $2899.70 / Individual – $2,327.25

Annual Cart Fees – carts leased from the Club on an annual basis –
Family – $5975.95 / Individual – $4,724.05

There are additional fees for lockers, bag storage, handicap service etc.

Other Fees

Boca West Master Association charges a one time $10,000 Capital Contribution to all new purchasers in the community. Villages can charge upfront contributions and /or assessments which vary by Village.

Changes to Fees

Club Membership Fees generally are adjusted at the start of New Fiscal Years on October 1st, but they can change at any time. Please verify with Club Membership, Master Associations and Village Associations for assessments before writing your contract.
