Country Club Living – Membership Fees 2025 – 2026
New Fees Effective June 1st, 2026 – $325,000
The Polo Club is a very diverse and active country club community of 1,300 homes on 800 acres, set among lavish golf and lake views. Home styles and prices range from condos of approximately $500,000+ to luxury estate homes to over $5 million in Vintage Oaks, with some homes up to $9 million on larger prime lots.
Resort style Amenities include two 18-hole golf courses, a full service 90,000 sq. ft. resort club house, with 36 tennis courts, fitness center/pool area and dining facilities.
Membership Dues and Fees
October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 – New Initiation Fee of $325,000 Effective June 1st, 2026
Capital Contribution
Polo Club has mandatory membership and 4 different levels of membership – all have the same Capital Contribution of $325,000.
Annual Dues:
The annual dues vary by category, total fees are listed below including 7% tax:
Social Only – $27,708
Social with Tennis and Pickleball – $31,092
Social with Golf – $39,408
Social Full Golf and Racquet – $42,804
