If you’ve been thinking about buying a home you likely have one question on the top of your mind: should I buy right now, or should I wait? While no one can answer that question for you, here’s some information that could help you make your decision. Economists and real estate experts are still expecting an 8-9% appreciation rate for 2022.
Interest rates have dropped to 5.22% as of August 11th taking about $100 off a payment on a $350,000 mortgage compared to 5.8%.
