Vitalia Captiva Club and Amenities
At the hub of these wonderful amenities is The Captiva Club recreation center, a 24,000 square-foot lakefront facility featuring a fitness center, aerobics studio with modern Fitness On Demand technology, billiards and dart rooms, a ballroom, arts and crafts room, and a catering kitchen.
Outside amenities include a resort-style pool, poolside cabanas, 5 tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, 2 bocce ball courts. There is also a putting green, lakeside pavilion, and event lawn with firepits. Active adults can enjoy the great outdoors with numerous walking and biking trails as well.
Vitalia Homes For Sale
Vitalia homes are designed to provide spacious layouts and lots of comfort and style. There are a variety of floorplans, ranging in size from 1,460 square feet to 2,582 square feet, featuring great rooms, gourmet kitchens, expansive master suites and luxurious bathrooms. Many homes feature a den, that can be set up as an extra bedroom or office.
Expansive outdoor living areas create alternative spaces for relaxing or entertaining, taking advantage of the spectacular views. The AV Homes models feature 2 – 4 bedrooms, 2 – 3 bathrooms, and attached 2-car garages.
Levitt & Sons Homes began the development originally and built about 200 of the 1200 total homes to be built. The community was acquired by AV Homes in 2010 who also built part of the 1200 homes. Some of the original homes are now available as resales.
Taylor-Morrison Homes took over from AV Homes and are now completing the community with about 25-30 new construction homes left to build or are being completed as spec homes. These models range from 1,400 to 2,907 square feet of living space with 2 – 5 bedrooms, 2 – 3 bathrooms, and an attached 2-car garage.
