Valencia Vista (Phase 5)
Valencia Vista will be GL Homes’ newest development located to the west of both Valencia Grove and Valencia Parc and about double the size of each of the previous ones. Grand opening is Saturday June 13, 2026.
There is high demand and interest for this new community so the initial lot release will be through a lottery. Customers must register with a deposit check to be eligible to be able to choose their lot preference based on the lottery number that they draw. The lottery and lot selection will take place on Friday June 12th. Prospective buyers must register with the deposit check by June 10th.
Here is the site plan for the Phase 1 section with the initial lot release marked in blue. This does not mean that all the lots will be gone, it just means that the people in the lottery with the lowest numbers drawn will have first dibs on the best lots. If later people do not like any of the remaining lots, or prefer to wait to decide or see the next release, they do not have to choose and there most likely be remaining lots. It is hard to say how many will register at this point. They have had lotteries in previous phases and this is how it worked.
This community will have a 56,000 sq. ft clubhouse with access to Riverland’s completed Main Sports Center as well.

Valencia Parc (Phase 4)
GL Homes phase 4 was released on December 1st, 2023. The new community will have about 1,100 homes and clubhouse. They will also have access to all of Riverland’s amazing shared amenities including the Sports Center, Arts Center and Paseos. There are still some lots left in most phases, but the builder is also now opening Valencia Vista – see above.
The site plan below is for Valencia Parc which still has lots available and a good selection of spec inventory homes completed and under construction.

It is advantageous to have someone represent you – Builders pay a Realtor Commission and do not discount prices without a Realtor. Contact Isabella @ 561-866-2927 for more information, if you would like me to do a Walk Through for you or if you have any questions. I appreciate that many people like to go visit the sales office and preview the models, but they will not cooperate on commission once you have already visited the community in person and registered.
Valencia Walk (Phase 3)
Valencia Walk is Phase 3 and all lots and homes are sold out. Valencia Cay was the first phase and is sold out, and Valencia Grove is the 2nd phase and is also sold out. Each section has about 1000 homes.
Valencia Walk will have about 900 homes because part of it’s area will be take up by a neighborhood park, which has been developed, and new neighborhood shopping center with a Publix of the retail center just recently completed. The retail / commercial complex at this location for the area will eventually include 1 million sq. ft of retail and office space.
The entire 55+ planned community has extensive amenities for all their residents – each section of Valencia Cay, Valencia Grove and Valencia Walk will have their own 35,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, pool, activity (including art work) and card rooms, GL Homes has already completed the main Sports Center that is centrally located among the Valencia’s with tennis courts and pickleball courts, and several bocce courts. It has an indoor pool and basketball court, plus outdoor pools. It has the main fitness center for all the communities, each clubhouse does not have a fitness center. There is a new Cafe in front of the Fitness Center serving light meals and refreshments plus the exercise and pilates rooms will move into a new 15,000 sf building.
The Valencia’s Art Center building also just opened in April and has multiple activity and craft rooms, plus other community activities in addition to the individual clubhouses. This Center is available only to All the Valencia’s 55+ phases.
There is also an amazing Paseos Greenway winding through all the communities for both pedestrians, bicycles and golf carts.
