Membership Fees
Sailfish Point has 520 homes on 532 acres, with most of them facing ocean, lake, inlet or golf views. Amenities include a Jack Nicklaus Signature 18 hole golf course plus resort style amenities that include a 60,000 sf oceanfront clubhouse, spa, state of the art fitness center, 5 dining venues located throughout the club and a small cafe on the golf course between the 9th and 10th holes, plus 7 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts, and of course 24 hour manned gated entry.
There is also a private yacht club and full service marina with about 84 boat slips that can accommodate up to 100 foot vessels, plus another 45 dry slips for personal watercraft and boats up to 25 feet.
This is a community where the Club amenities and Property Owners Association (POA) are combined and not separate entities, so there is just one annual dues fee and therefore no sales tax. This fee is also shown in the listing POA / HOA field.
