The Club at Boca Pointe
The Boca Pointe Community is located in the southwest area of Boca Raton on either side of Powerline Rd just north of the Broward county line. It has 4 sections but they are all are gated and offer a variety of low and midrise condos, townhomes and villas, and single family homes. The club was recently purchased by Heritage Golf Group and offers 4 different membership plans for Social and Golf packages.
Woodfield Hunt Club
Centrally located and developed by the same developers who built Woodfield County Club, it is located outside of and separate from the main country club. You do not have to join but there is an option if you want to but without the equity portion of the fees. It has a 24-hour manned gated entrance, here you will find a smaller community of 320 single family estate homes.

Country Club at Boca Raton
Also known as Boca Country Club, this community is a Non-equity country club located in the heart of Boca Raton, a 24 hour manned gated community featuring 12 villages of single family homes, villas, coach homes and condominiums. The golf course and clubhouse amenities previously belonged to The Boca Raton (Resort) on Camino Real – it was another golf club that was available to The Resort’s members.
The Boca Raton Hotel donated the club and golf course to the City of Boca Raton a few years ago. Boca Lago Country Club
The Boca Lago Country Club is located in West Boca Raton, just west of the Florida Turnpike. Enjoy country club lifestyle without the mandatory equity fees! Featuring 8 distinct subdivisions with a variety of luxury condos, garden villas, plus some over-sized townhouses.
Boca Del Mar
Boca Del Mar is not a country club but there is a semi-private club you can join in that area if you are interested in some of the club lifestyle. It is located east of Boca Pointe over to Military Trail and between Palmetto Park Rd and the Broward county line. There is a wide variety of low and mid-rise condos, attached villas and townhomes, and single family homes – some gated and some non-gated.
Boca Greens
Boca Greens is located on Highway #441 in West Boca, a 24 hour manned gated community. There is a public golf course with a small golf club house – it is primarily a golf club but there are several villages of single family homes that meander through the golf course and they are all gated.
Seagate Country Club Delray Beach (formerly The Hamlet)
The Seagate Country Club is non-mandatory golf community so you do not need to purchase membership to live in the community. It is located on Atlantic Ave west of I-95 in Delray Beach. They offer single family homes and estate homes on large lots, as well as some townhomes and condos.
The golf course and amenities are owned by Seagate which also owns the Seagate Hotel and Beach Club in Downtown Delray Beach. There are options to purchase these memberships.
