Mizner Country Club
Mizner Country Club is a smaller community of only 471 single family homes ranging from $800,000 to $4 million, plus an 18-hole golf course. The club also renovated the main club and completed a new Lifestyle Center with expanded amenities.
Many clubs have changed their structures over the years. Mizner has had 4 tiers but have since dropped the Social and Tennis as options for new buyers. Buyers must choose Full Golf or Partial Golf / Sports.
Membership Contribution and Equity
Full Golf Equity – $200,000 – includes full unlimited golf use, tennis, pickleball, lifestyle center with fitness and spa, pool, social events and dining privileges.
– Equity is now 100% non-refundable. January 1, 2026 – Fee increases to $275,000. Homes under contract by December 31, 2025 and close by March 31, 2026 will be entitled to pay $200,000.
Sports / Partial Golf – $170,000 includes golf 50 x’s per household in season priced at $50 per round, and unlimited golf May – October summer and off-season. Unlimited year-round access to tennis, pickleball, lifestyle center with fitness and spa, pool, social events and dining privileges
– Equity is now 100% non-refundable. January 1, 2026 – Fee increases to $200,000. Homes under contract by December 31, 2025 and close by March 31, 2026 will be entitled to pay $170,000.

Full Golf – $41,417 – $46,838 total including all fees below.
Sports / Partial Golf – $38,469 – $43,890 total including all fees below.
Golf Course Membership – Trail Fee – $1950 (Full Golf) and $975 (Sports)
Capital Charges and Other Fees
All Memberships – Service Charge for tipping included in Annual dues above, NOT subject to 7% tax
– Golf Course Capital Asset – $1,473 per year
– Capital Lifestyle Center – $3,948 per year
– Food and Beverage Minimum – $2000 (family) and $1000 (single)
