Boca del Mar is a non-country club area comprised of approximately 2,000 acres located generally on either side of Palmetto Park Road between I-95 and the Turnpike. Some of the individual communities are gated. Home styles include luxury rental communities, condominiums, townhomes and villas, patio homes and single family homes. Prices generally range from about $430,000 to over $1,500,000 in several luxury subdivisions.
There is a private golf course and tennis club called Via Mizner but it is affiliated with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Condos in downtown Boca Raton and not open to the public.
Boca Pointe Country Club is located to the southwest of Boca del Mar, and Boca Grove Country Club is located to the northwest. Other subdivisions are located to the north and east outside of what is known as Boca del Mar.
